Privacy Policy — X-WORK

1. Who we are

X-WORK is an Egyptian software company based in Cairo. We provide a cloud ERP system for manufacturers and trading companies. For any question about your data: mamdouh.ragab@x-work-erp.com, or +20 106 434 8782.

2. Data we collect

• Data you give us: your name, company name, email, phone and message, when you fill in a contact or demo form, or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
• Customer data: the subscribing company’s account and user data, and what the company enters into the system, such as inventory, invoices and transactions.
• Public business data: company name, activity, address, website, and publicly listed contact numbers and addresses, from public sources such as Google Maps and official company websites. We use it only for a first business contact.
• Usage data: the website pages you visited and where the visit came from, only after you accept cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service, run your account and give technical support.
• To answer your questions and demo requests.
• To contact companies that may benefit from the system.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To issue invoices and meet legal and tax obligations.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not send people’s names, phone numbers or email addresses to AI tools. We mask them before any processing.
• We do not collect data from personal LinkedIn or Facebook accounts.
• We do not send automated WhatsApp messages to anyone who has not written to us or explicitly agreed.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that work on our behalf, and only as far as the service needs:

• Hosting: Hetzner, Germany.
• Email: Resend.
• Security and network: Cloudflare.
• Artificial intelligence: Anthropic, which receives data only after names and numbers are masked.
• Advertising platforms: Google, Meta and LinkedIn, to measure ads and receive requests from people who fill in their forms.
• Online payments: Paymob.

We may disclose data where the law or a competent authority requires it.

6. Where it is stored

On servers in Germany (European Union), protected and encrypted. Each customer company’s data is isolated from every other company inside the system.

7. How long we keep it

• Business contact data: until you ask us to stop or to delete it.
• WhatsApp conversations: 12 months, then the message texts are deleted.
• Customer data: for the duration of the contract. After it ends we delete it on request, except what the law requires us to keep, such as e-invoices.

8. Your rights

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you may:

• Know what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to stop marketing messages at any time, through the unsubscribe link in any message or by replying “stop”.

Write to us at the email above; we reply within 14 days.

9. Cookies

We run advertising measurement tools only after you accept them in the banner at the bottom of the site. You can decline without affecting your use of the site.

10. Connected advertising accounts

Our system connects only to our own advertising accounts on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, to read their performance and adjust their budgets. It does not access any other user’s accounts.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top.
